PHOTO BOOTH SERVICE TERMS

These Photo Booth Service Terms apply to all services provided by Photo Cube Studios, LLC (“Photo Cube Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or participating in a Photo Cube Studios photo booth experience, you agree to the following terms.
Event Services
Photo Cube Studios provides photo booth, roaming photo booth, audio guestbook, digital sharing, printing, and related event services. Services provided will be those outlined in the executed proposal, invoice, contract, or booking agreement.
Guest Participation
Participation in the photo booth is voluntary. By using the photo booth, guests consent to being photographed, recorded, and receiving digital copies of their photos, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, or other media created during the event.
Digital Sharing
Guests may voluntarily provide an email address or mobile phone number to receive digital copies of their photos or videos.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Photo Cube Studios is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect contact information, carrier restrictions, spam filters, or technical issues beyond our control.
Use of Event Media
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Photo Cube Studios may use photographs of booth setups, event spaces, backdrops, templates, and selected event images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
Clients who prefer that their event images not be used for promotional purposes must notify Photo Cube Studios in writing prior to the event.
Guest Conduct
Photo Cube Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate booth operation if guests engage in unsafe, abusive, destructive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior that may endanger attendees, staff, equipment, or venue property.
Equipment and Venue Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue provides adequate space and access as outlined in the booking agreement.
Photo Cube Studios is not responsible for service interruptions caused by venue restrictions, power failures, internet outages, weather conditions, acts of God, venue policies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Printed and Digital Deliverables
While every effort is made to provide uninterrupted service, Photo Cube Studios does not guarantee that all photos, videos, prints, text messages, emails, or digital galleries will be delivered without interruption or technical issues.
In the event of equipment malfunction or technical difficulties, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Audio Guestbook Services
Guests who leave messages using an audio guestbook voluntarily consent to the recording and delivery of those messages to the event host.
Photo Cube Studios is not responsible for the content of messages recorded by guests.
Intellectual Property
All booth templates, designs, overlays, graphics, branding, software configurations, website content, marketing materials, and related intellectual property remain the property of Photo Cube Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photo Cube Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in our services or use of event media.
Our total liability for any claim relating to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service.
Privacy
Guest information collected through photo booth interactions, digital sharing, galleries, audio guestbooks, and event services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from these services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nassau County, New York.
