When you interact with our photo booths, we may collect:
Photographs, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, and other media captured during your event.
Names, email addresses, and phone numbers voluntarily provided for digital sharing of photos.
Event information, including event date, venue, and host details.
Guestbook entries, audio guestbook recordings, or messages voluntarily submitted by guests.
Survey responses, reviews, or feedback voluntarily provided.
Mobile Information and SMS Communications
Guests may voluntarily provide a mobile phone number or email address to receive digital copies of their photos, videos, or other event content.
Information collected through a photo booth experience may be shared with the event host, sponsor, or client when such data collection is part of the event experience and has been disclosed to participants. This may include contact information and engagement analytics collected during a branded, corporate, promotional, or sponsored event.
Photo Cube Studios does not sell personal information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We may also use trusted third-party service providers to facilitate photo delivery, SMS communications, email delivery, galleries, and related event services.
Message and data rates may apply. Guests may opt out of future SMS communications as permitted by applicable law.

Unless restricted by contract or requested by the event host, Photo Cube Studios may use event photographs, booth setup photos, venue photos, and selected guest images for promotional purposes, including:

Printed marketing materials
Portfolio displays
Clients may request in writing that their event images not be used for promotional purposes.
Digital Sharing
Guests who voluntarily enter an email address or phone number to receive photos acknowledge that the information provided will be used solely for delivering event media and related communications.
We do not sell guest contact information to third parties.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may use trusted third-party providers to assist with:
Online galleries
Digital photo delivery
Email delivery
SMS/text message delivery
Event management and booking software
Cloud storage and backup services
